how we make our ciders
We collaborate with some expert scrumpers in Somerset who have plenty of room to hold tonnes of apples and to slowly age our cider for an 8-month period, allowing for the deeper complexities to develop.
We then bring our cider to our in-house tanks where we blend and ferment different varieties with the best quality natural ingredients, from fruit purees to fresh juices.

Holding groups of up to 260 people, our unique venue provides the perfect location for events, parties and business meetings. Available for whole venue hire outside of our normal opening times, we can make our space what you need it to be. Whether it's a gathering for 20 or 260.
